We are honoured and privileged to welcome His Venerable Khenpo Samdup Rinpoche (born in Tibet) to Costa da Caparica to share his teachings with you.
A long time student of His Eminence Garchen Rinpoche, His Venerable Khenpo Samdup Rinpoche was just seven years old when he received the vows of Refuge from Garchen Rinpoche and at twelve he was ordained as a monk. He went on to study the philosophy of the four schools of Tibetan Buddhism under numerous Khenpos, such as Khenpo Munsel and Khenpo Jigme Phunsok.
Currently, Khenpo is the Spiritual Director at various Dharma centres in Canada, Ohio, Mexico and Brazil, and travels the world sharing Dharma wisdom through retreats, in-person and online gatherings.
